Media and Marketing Consultant (m/f/d)

We support our customers in strengthening and expanding their market position through effective marketing strategies and media presence.

Your role:

As a Media and Marketing Consultant (m/f/d) you are a decisive factor for our success in the B2B segment. You will develop and implement customised marketing solutions for our industrial customers and help to optimise their market presence. You will work closely with our sales team and use your expertise to design and implement innovative sales strategies.

Your tasks:

• Presenting our services to customers and at industry events.
• Development and implementation of targeted marketing and sales strategies for B2B industrial customers.
• Advice and support for existing customers and acquisition of new customers.
• Analysis of market trends and customer needs to continuously optimise our marketing activities.
• Planning and realisation of campaigns in cooperation with the marketing team.

Your profile:

• Degree in marketing, communication, economics or comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the B2B sector.
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
• Experience in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English.

Technical SEO Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for SEO managers with technical & on-page SEO expertise.

We are a leading media company specialising in trade journals and digital content. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to further develop and optimise our technical infrastructure. We make news for decision-makers and are looking for people who like to make their own decisions!

Your SEO knowledge is up to date and you feel comfortable in a digital world? Do you love to manage several projects every day, but each of them with quality standards? Perfect!

That's what we want from you:

• Implementation and optimisation of internal linking strategies to strengthen our online presence.
• Speed up website loading times and optimise mobile-friendliness.
• Creation and maintenance of sitemaps and robots.txt files.
• Implementation of SSL security protocols to ensure a secure user environment.
• Identification and correction of crawl errors and broken links.
• Integration and maintenance of structured data to improve visibility and findability by search engines.

What you need to bring with you:

• Sound experience with SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast SEO, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, GTmetrix and PageSpeed Insights.
• Proven success in increasing website performance and visibility in search engines.
• Technical understanding and the ability to adapt SEO practices to current web standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on detail.
