Duty to provide information on online dispute resolution

Since 15 February 2016, the EU Commission has provided a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to initially resolve disputes in connection with the online offer without the involvement of a court. The dispute resolution platform is available at the external link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ reachable. In this context, we are legally obliged to inform you of our e-mail address. This is support@industriemedien.at. We endeavour to settle any differences of opinion by mutual agreement. Furthermore, we are not obliged to participate in arbitration proceedings and unfortunately cannot offer you participation in such proceedings.
