Assistenz Vertrieb & Marketing

Aufgabenbereiche

Newsletter Marketing
Angebotslegung gemeinsam mit Key Account
Werbemittel einholen
Terminkoordination – auch für Messen/Events
Kundenbetreuung
Erstellung von Präsentationen für Kunden
Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Grafik, Produktion, Redaktion und Vertrieb

Qualifikationen

Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
Sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise unbedingt erforderlich
Erfahrungen mit einem CRM-System wie zum Beispiel Hubspot oder Salesforce sind wesentlich
Freude an der Teamarbeit
Hands-on-Mentalität (und das meinen wir wirklich so)

Unser Büro befindet sich im 20. Bezirk – direkt an der U6 Station „Dresdner Straße“.

An 1–2 Tagen ist auch Homeoffice möglich.

Wir produzieren nicht nur 12 Print- und Onlinemagazine sondern organisieren auch zahlreiche B2B-Events und in unserem TV- und Video-Studio entstehen interessante Bewegtbildproduktionen.

Das Brutto-Gehalt beträgt Vollzeit (38,5h) zumindest 2.400 Euro. Die Bezahlung richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Kaufmännische Angestellte in Fachverlagen – mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation.
