Your mission:

As an all-round expert in online marketing, you will have a key role at B2Impact. You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and optimisation of digital marketing strategies for your future clients. Your goal: measurable success for our clients and the further development of their digital presence.

Your tasks:

  • Strategy & Planning: Development and implementation of comprehensive online marketing strategies
  • SEO & SEA: Carrying out keyword analyses, optimising websites for search engines and managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring and analysing the performance of campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and Sistrix
  • Social Media: Social media campaigns for clients - especially LinkedIn - including content creation and community management
  • Content Creation: Creation of appealing content and videos with tools such as Capcut
  • Campaign management: Planning and implementation of targeted online campaigns

Your profile:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in an agency
  • Expertise: Very good knowledge of SEO, SEA, Google Search Console and Sistrix
  • Social Media: Sound knowledge of social media management, especially LinkedIn, also on other platforms
  • Technical skills: Familiar with common marketing tools and software solutions
  • Analytical skills: Strong in analysing data and deriving measures
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking and the ability to develop creative marketing solutions
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and team spirit

Your tasks:

  • Marketing agendas such as:
    • Creation of newsletters
    • Management of social media channels such as Linkedin & Instagram
    • Design of digital advertising material & measures
  • Collaboration in the planning, programme design, organisation, implementation and follow-up of our conferences
  • Support with participant acquisition

Your qualifications:

  • Business studies with a focus on marketing or event management or comparable training
  • First experience in digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of the algorithm of social media channels such as LinkedIn
  • Hands-on mentality
