Sales talent in internal sales: Become our lead talent in B2B telephone sales (m/f/d)

Your daily gigs with us? Start with the pleasure of choosing your own workplace - be it in your home office, in the office or at Workation (maximum 2-hour time difference). With us, you play the leading role in a flexible working environment.

The spotlight is on the following tasks:

  • Cold calling and customer recovery via telephone & mailings
  • Masterful objection handling to skilfully turn concerns into enthusiasm
  • Following up on leads through to turning them into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) ready for the main presentation with our sales team
  • Ongoing, dynamic communication and performance analysis with our business partners

What you should bring with you:

  • Persistence, excellent communication skills and a trustworthy and sophisticated telephone sales manner in front of business decision-makers
  • An unbridled ambition and the motivation to not only achieve our sales targets, but to exceed them
  • The ability to quickly grasp the value of our offers and present them convincingly during cold calling and objection handling
  • Fluent German language skills that turn every conversation into a performance
  • A detail-orientated, precise and reliable way of working

 Bonus points are awarded for:

  • Proven success in telephone sales and cold calling
  • A deeper understanding of economic decisions and corporate structures in B2B business
  • Commercial training and experience in working with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot

  • A basic salary of 2,100 euros gross for full-time employees, supplemented by commissions for each lead that recognise your success in the spotlight
