The platform was intuitive and self-explanatory.

What I liked most about the tool was that it was so close to reality: through the real live avatars, you also knew online what your counterpart looked like, and the stands were all in the corporate design of the companies - just like at a presence fair. We were also able to implement our entire supporting programme, just like at the presence fair: From CV checks and competitions to stage talks including Q&A sessions, everything was possible online.

It was also pleasant that little had to be explained to the participants - the platform was intuitive and self-explanatory, which was also one of the reasons for me to choose it. Great potential in the future as well.

We are very satisfied. The fair was generally well received - both by our employees and customers. It was a great platform - it provided a good overview of our new products, which we have nevertheless released in this crisis-ridden year 2020. This is how the virtual trade fair works ...

Use virtual information and trade fair stands to inform your visitors about your company, your product or career opportunities, for example. The exhibition stands are located in a virtual exhibition hall and are designed in your company's corporate design. For cross-company events, each stand is designed separately.
Flexible modules give each stand an individual touch, for example the video screen stand modules or the document/download area. At the virtual exhibition stands, a live chat enables an exchange between visitors and stand personnel (via text or video chat). Thanks to the high-performance technology, any number of people can be defined as contact persons and, depending on requirements, several hundred visitors can be informed at the same time.
Visitors enter the online fair via a virtual entrance hall. Here, visitors get a first impression of the event, usually in the form of a welcome video with brief information on the course of the event.  The entrance hall is also always the central navigation point for exploring a trade fair: from here, trade fair visitors reach the exhibition hall(s) and also the virtual auditorium. A central information stand offers personal assistance to each visitor, for example, if they need to find their way around again. Next to the entrance hall, there is a virtual lounge for exchanges between fair visitors as well as networking. The integration of social media such as LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter or even Facebook support simple and fast networking as well as the dissemination of the fair content via various channels.
The auditorium is a virtual space for lectures, symposia or even discussions and panels. The presentation takes place in the form of videos. The videos can be transmitted live from a studio or a presence fair (live streaming in real time). This is particularly advisable for hybrid events in order to convey the "real event feeling" to trade fair visitors. Alternatively, pre-saved videos can be played (On Demand). The live video images from various webcams can also be transmitted in the virtual lecture room. It makes sense to use it for a panel discussion, for example, where the experts are connected from different locations. Online surveys, digital feedback forms and online tests are available to gather the mood and opinions of online trade fair visitors. There is a chat function for questions from the audience. A live chat can start parallel to the presentation or immediately after the end of a presentation. A moderator can take the questions and give appropriate answers immediately via the chat or answer the collected and filtered questions via webcam after the lecture.
The great advantage of an online trade fair is the seamless data collection of every single visitor.

On a registration page, interested parties enter the data you have requested (for example, company, position, main areas of interest, previous experience, etc.).
All movements at the digital trade fair are recorded for this unique visitor profile. This includes the individual stands they visited, which information material they viewed and downloaded, which presentations they followed and more. This data can be clustered into visitor groups or evaluated individually.

Simply export the data to your CRM system so that you can continue to work with the acquired leads, including enriched data, in the company later.

With a virtual trade fair you benefit from the almost unlimited reach of the internet. The simple and fast participation in an online event/trade fair/conference can increase the number of participants many times over compared to a presence event.

In addition to the reach, the time and cost factor is a huge advantage of the virtual event: Whereas at a face-to-face trade fair, for example, there are often participation hurdles due to a distant venue (time factor) or due to expenses for travel and possibly accommodation (cost factor), these are eliminated at an online trade fair.

The online event allows visitors to be as anonymous as possible and to exchange confidential information without being recognised by colleagues or other third parties.
