Climate Cold Day 2017 was all that. And even more.

The event in the moving image

Different themes and different personalities, but all with the same goal in mind:

Working together to create a sustainable future for the air conditioning and refrigeration industry.

On 28 September, the Pyramid in Vösendorf was once again transformed into the event location of the Climate-Cooling Day and, with more than 230 guests and 16 speakers, this was the interface of dialogue and foresight into the industry.

The WEKA film team was, of course, on site again and produced an exciting Event video which you can view exclusively here.

Biomimetics? Natural refrigerants?

Training in the refrigeration industry?

The keynotes of this year's Climate-Cold Day were more comprehensive than before. With speakers such as Prof. Dr Ille Gebeshuberwho spoke on the exotic topic of biomimetics and nanotechnology and their benefits for the refrigeration industry, DI Johannes Fechnerwhich was dedicated to the topic of certification of buildings, Andrea Voigtwho presented measures to deal with the F-Gas regulation, Monika Auerwho presented "cool" contracting models for real estate, and Andreas Klaudus from the team of the Refrigeration Competence Centre Graz, who addressed future training in the industry using digital media, and many other speakers, the variety of topics at this year's event was broad.

Dialogue for a sustainable future

Premium partners such as Schliessl Kältegesellschaft m.b.H., Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, STULZ AUSTRIA GmbH, Viessmann Gesellschaft m.b.H., BITZER Kühlmaschinenbau GmbH and many interesting exhibitors with product innovations such as Daikin, Johnson Controls, Georg Fischer Rohrleitungssysteme or Coolworld Dentals, among others, were present and enabled all participants and speakers to get to know their products and services.
